Compliance Training Video Series

Overview

The challenge was to transform dry compliance material into an engaging and easily digestible format. We developed a series of animated videos using storytelling and relatable scenarios.

Goals

• Increase employee understanding of key compliance policies.
• Reduce policy violation incidents.
• Make mandatory training more appealing.
• Ensure accessibility for all employees.

Design Process

Scripts were written in collaboration with legal and HR departments. Vyond was used for animation, focusing on clear visuals and concise messaging. Voice-overs and subtitles were added to enhance accessibility.

Outcomes

The video series was well-received, with employees reporting better understanding and recall of compliance policies. The training completion rates also increased significantly.
