Overview

This project involved creating a highly interactive and gamified eLearning module for a new sales team. The goal was to make learning engaging, memorable, and directly applicable to their roles.

Design Process

The process started with a thorough needs analysis and defining learning objectives. Storyboards and prototypes were created using Articulate Storyline, incorporating gamification elements like points, badges, and leaderboards. Iterative feedback was gathered from stakeholders and SMEs throughout development.

Outcomes

The module resulted in a 40% increase in product knowledge scores and received overwhelmingly positive feedback from the sales team for its engaging approach. It's now a core part of their onboarding program.
